While this is in our plan for the future, we are not equipped to ship baked goods at this time.
Can I taste test? Is event catering available?
Glad you asked! Taste tests can be requested for large event planning for a small fee, however for smaller orders due to the fact that our products are made to order this is not possible by request. We would love to provide products for your event! Please provide no less than 2 weeks notice (14 days) for large event orders
Pie's are available by the slice at select events, and other special scenarios. Occationally we do have free taste testing events. Check out our calendar to find out more on dates and locations to stop by!
Are your good made fresh daily?
YES!!!
Everything is made to order, with the exception of Pixel's Barkery Treats, their extended shelf life allows them to be made in advance to fill orders.
What is the shelf life of your baked goods?
Glad you asked!
Sweet Potato Pie can be refrigerated for 5 days, and frozen if stored properly for up to 3 months.
Sweetie Pie Bites can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks but may start to go stale or hard after about 5-6 days (in some cases approx 10 sec in the microwave wrapped in a moist paper towel can rejuvenate them), frozen for up to 2 months.
Pixel's Barkery treats can be left at room temperature (as long as its cool and dry environment) in the sealed air tight bag for 3-6 months.
Can I freeze your baked goods for longer consumption?
Of course!
Sweet Potato Pie can be frozen if stored properly for up to 3 months. To thaw, leave pie in fridge for 24 hours, thoroughly in the fridge before consuming.
Sweetie Pie Bites can be frozen if stored properly in an air tight container, best if individually wrapped in plastic wrap, for up to 2 months. To thaw, leave on counter at room temperature for at least 2 hours.
Freezing Pixel's Barkery treats is not recommended. They are baked and then dehydrated, to already maximize shelf life, and crunch. Freezing might introduce unnecessary moisture causing treats to be mushy. They will expire faster than they would dry.
Are any of your desserts vegan or dairy-free?
Nothing is vegan or dairy free unless listed in the item description, however by selecting a custom order and requesting that we use substitutions for certain items is something that we can do! Keep in my regardless of circumstance, all custom orders are non-refundable.
I'm Diabetic, can we make adjustments to the sugar content?
YES, yes we can... Selecting a custom order and requesting that we use splenda, or another preferred artificial sweetener in lue of sugar is something that we can do! We can do sugar free as well. We also recommend requesting the crustless option for this order. Keep in my regardless of circumstance, all custom orders are non-refundable.
Are any of the desserts gluten free?
Sweet Potato Pie is naturally gluten free. The Crustless option is also a good choice. Sweetie Pie bites are not, as their crust is made with sugar cookies in mind.
