We require at least a 50% non-refundable deposit for all orders under $100 prior to order fulfillment, and full payment before delivery/pickup is scheduled. Full payment is preferred. All orders over $100 need to be paid in full, prior to order fulfillment. Cash payments and deposits need to be arranged prior to order fulfillment - this is the customers responsibility, we will not notify the customer with a reminder to schedule a cash payment, if we do not get a response from the customer within 48 hours, the order will automatically be canceled due to lack of payment. Customer will then need to create a new order from our website.
Due to being a small shop, we can only take so many orders per weekend. If the customer cancels the order with less than 48 hours notice of the pickup/delivery date, any payment made on your order is non-refundable and non transferable. All cancelations and changes are required 3 days prior to the date of pick up. Cancelation on orders under $100 maybe subject to an undisclosed handling/service fee at the discretion of Little Crafty Kitchen when canceled with proper notice. Cancelations on orders over $100 will only receive refund minus 50% deposit. If any order is canceled at least 7 days prior to the pick up date and time, we will be happy to transfer the full payment made on that order to another order within 3 months from that date.
Cancelations due to customer availability for delivery/pickup. If the customer is not available to receive items within 30mins of the agreed time of delivery, delivery service fee is then forfeited by the customer and it is the customers responsibility to arrange pickup at their earliest convenience. If pickup is not arranged within 2 days of original delivery date, customer forfeits entire cost of the order, and LCK reserves the right to resell or discard the order at their discretion, therefore the order may or may not be available for pickup after said rain-date (Unfortunately refrigerator storage space is very limited). If the order is no longer available, customer may reorder and start the process over at a 20% discounted rate.
Refunds / Exchanges
Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for custom orders.
Once you or a designated party has picked up an order and signed for it, it is considered "accepted" – we ask that the customer makes sure everything is correct before paying the invoice and before "accepting" the items on delivery/pickup. Refunds requested due to decorating style, writing, color shade, or general design will not be honored after signing.
All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our care. When you pick up your order or receive a delivery, be sure to look at the order and make sure it is what you ordered. If someone else is picking up for you, let them know what they are picking up, so they can do the final inspection. Once you leave with your order, it means that it is given to you in full and correctly. We are not responsible for any damage occurring during transport after we have delivered/you have picked up, set-up or any time thereafter. You will be given instructions on how to carry, transport, and store your items upon pick up. Keep in mind that baked goods are very fragile and damages can happen if not handled properly – such as cracks, smudges, melted frosting, etc. We only give refunds in accordance with refund policies stated on this page, and policies are subject to change at any time. Please review prior to ordering.
Flavor, color and texture is subjective. Refunds requested due to flavor, color or texture after the product has been accepted and picked up will not be honored. While we do our best to achieve the same experience in every bite, our ingredients are fresh and all natural, slight changes may always be possible. You may qualify for a percentage of a store credit if the product is brought back and the quality of the flavor or texture is determined to not meet our standards. Items must be brought back to us within a timely manner, preferably with 24 hours of pick up - please call or email us promptly to let us know of the issue. Quality determination is solely at the discretion of Little Crafty Kitchen. Please understand that we cannot issue refunds for products that have already been eaten, or thrown away, and if we do offer credit the item must be returned to Little Crafty Kitchen, the customer cannot keep it. We will not negotiate a partial refund to allow the customer to keep the product, this is a "take it" or "leave it" policy.
*Store credit percents are based on how quickly the product is returned, how much has been consumed, and what we determine the quality to be. Store credits of any kind will not be issued to customers who do not contact us within 48 hours. Store credit expires 3 months from initial order return date. We are not responsible for any expense you may incur for replacing our product.
Little Crafty Kitchen will provide 100% full refund to the customer if cancellation for any reason is the fault of Little Crafty Kitchen, and a 20% discount will be offered to customer on their next order - this discount is not transferable to another customer and must be used within 3 months of the original order date.
*We do not give full refunds under any other circumstances. Refunds are only given within 7 days.
